i need motivation

i have lost so much motivation to lose weight. i want to so bad but eveytime i see food it completely vacates my mind that im on a diet. pleasee help. what do i do???

Prom Diet

okay so since ive last checked in ive gained about 6 pounds…NO BUENO! and im determined to lose it by my prom which is may 16. I am starting an intense diet on monday which means i have exactly a month to lose this weight. Im not crash dieting but im definately going hard for the next month so i can look bomb in my dress, plus i need to fit back into it(its alittle tight now) so here is my plan. The only foods i am going to eat are…

  • roasted chicken and turkey breast(no skin)
  • fruit
  • vegetables
  • greek yogurt
  • eggs(more egg whites)
  • salad

obviously im bound to come across something that isnt any of these foods but im going to limit it. plus im going to workout atleast 4 times a week and try to limit my beer intake on weekends. i can doo thisssss! ive done it before i can do it again:)
