okay so since ive last checked in ive gained about 6 pounds…NO BUENO! and im determined to lose it by my prom which is may 16. I am starting an intense diet on monday which means i have exactly a month to lose this weight. Im not crash dieting but im definately going hard for the next month so i can look bomb in my dress, plus i need to fit back into it(its alittle tight now) so here is my plan. obviously im bound to come across something that isnt any of these foods but im going to limit it. plus im going to workout atleast 4 times a week and try to limit my beer intake on weekends. i can doo thisssss! ive done it before i can do it again:)
