COLLEGE YO.

hey guysssss!:) so im moving a few hours away to my college in less than a week:0 yeah, crazy i know! so i really dont wanna gain anymore weight and gain the freshman 15. does anyone know of some healthy snacks/meals i should get for my dorm room. i have a fridge and a microwave. please help?

Nothing says summer like watermelon! Slice watermelon into approx 1 inch rings, then remove the rind from each slice with a small knife. Place one watermelon “round” onto each salad plate, then top with a layer of thinly sliced fresh mozzarella (5 pieces?), followed by a layer of finely chopped mint, basil (approx 1/4 c each) and a sprinkling of nuts (I used almonds and walnuts, but you can use any kind). Drizzle with a bit of olive oil and sea salt before serving. Enjoy with a fork and knife- a light yet filling salad!

orientation/college

sooo  went to orientation yesterday for my school and i slept over till this morning.. the problem….pizza, candy, soda! and i didnt even want ittt really i was just kinda mindlessly munching ughh and today their was so much candy that it just screwed up my whole day. does anyone have any advice to staying healthy in college if im dorming??

Night snack:) very small apple(56) and decaf coffe with a packet of half and half and truvia(10) I&#8217;m really proud bc In my hotel there was free cookies and free apples right next to each other&#8230;my mom went for them cookies but I went for he apple&#8230;baby steps! Haha did 30 min on the treadmill and ab and arm workouts too&#8230;now I&#8217;m ready to pass out

I&#8217;m on the road for orientation so me and mama stopped for dinner at TGIFridays seeing as it was the only place open on the 4th of July haha i was horrified looking at the menu bc everything was 1,000 calories literally but I found this for dinner:
Petite serloin(370)
Broccoli(50)
Mozzarella tomato salad(90)
Total: 510 cals
Not bad for a place that has insanely high cal meals and it was Delish and the portion was good. That mozzarella tomato salad is patriotic as well! Haha
