hey guysssss!:) so im moving a few hours away to my college in less than a week:0 yeah, crazy i know! so i really dont wanna gain anymore weight and gain the freshman 15. does anyone know of some healthy snacks/meals i should get for my dorm room. i have a fridge and a microwave. please help?
sooo went to orientation yesterday for my school and i slept over till this morning.. the problem….pizza, candy, soda! and i didnt even want ittt really i was just kinda mindlessly munching ughh and today their was so much candy that it just screwed up my whole day. does anyone have any advice to staying healthy in college if im dorming??
